Your venue rental includes chairs for your outdoor ceremony, tables and chairs for your reception, full-day access to both getting-ready suites, and a venue attendant on site throughout your event to assist with any venue-related needs.

Yes, you’re welcome to provide your own alcohol; however, all bar service must be handled by one of our preferred bartenders, and we will coordinate security staffing for your event to ensure everything runs safely and smoothly.

To secure your event date at Iron Oak Venue, a signed rental contract and initial payment are required. Once both are received, your date is officially reserved on our calendar.

Yes — additional hours may be added to your rental, but they must be requested at least two weeks prior to your event date. Please email our team for availability and pricing details.
